VILLA Policies

Cancellation

Cancel up to 90 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 90 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

House rules

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • Check-in is anytime after 3PM

  • Check out by 11AM

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. The cost of food and beverages plus a 30% delivery/grocery shopping fee and a 7% service will be charged on the final bill.
